TTT Reaches the Students in their Homes during Lockdown

In the new world of online school education, education departments in various states consider that life skills are an integral part that will help students to virtually study in these challenging times.

This is the time when TTT plays an important role. With the support of education departments, TTT is reaching out to students in their homes and helping them communicate effectively. It improves their coping and self-management skills as well. TTT is promoting positive changes with a lot of entertainment in the form of songs, activities, and stories. The lessons have even created interest in the parents, who also report that they enjoy watching and sharing it.

TTT has reached lakhs of children via cable TV, educational channels and YouTube. It has become a household name in the states of Haryana, Gujarat, Himachal, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.

Haryana
Haryana Education Department has started reaching all the subjects to the students from primary to twelfth standards. Citicable, Fastway, Dencable, Starcable and DDC have been used effectively for this purpose. Currently, 164 topics of TTT are relayed thrice a week for one hour, repeated many times on the days of relay.

Gujarat
The Education Department relays all the subjects from standards 5 to 12 on the educational channel Vande Gujarat Channel. TTT topics are relayed every Friday and Saturday for 2 hours on channel 6, 7 &8 at no cost and can be viewed by people having DD and free DTH. This channel is also available on Jio TV App and TTT topics can be viewed there too.

Chhattisgarh
The department has created a dedicated portal with free access to the teachers and the students. The department has uploaded topics as per their curriculum in this portal. Aparajitha is given special permission to upload TTT life skills topics in their exclusive portal and has uploaded 28 topics under ‘social sciences’.  

Jharkhand
Jharkhand education department has informed that the TTT lessons which are uploaded in YouTube will be shared with 120,000 teachers and 12 lakh students.

Himachal Pradesh
Our YouTube channel is shared by the Education Department with the teachers and the students reaching every home in Himachal.
