Namaskar, I am glad to share that GIET is adding a
feather in their hat in their journey. As you are aware, Tim
Tim Tara program is from Aparajitha Foundations,
Madurai. The foundation is working in various states all
over India for the holistic development of the children
through their value and moral based topics.

GIET is very thankful to Aparajitha Foundations for
granting permission to share their program on our platform
at our request. They have provided it to us free of cost.

I hope that this program for overall development (of
students) reaches all students, teachers and parents. We
take that as our responsibility too.

We thank Krishnaben for providing the program in the
format required by us.

We will also be relaying other useful programs from our
GIET platform.

TTT not only creates extraordinary students but also extraordinary citizens.

Mr Rameshbabu has effectively implemented TTT in APT Dorairaj Higher Secondary School. Now he is rendering service as a volunteer teacher at Dr T. Muthusamy High School, Madurai. On 3rd April 2019, he introduced TTT to the students as a tool to improve their social and communication skills.

Year on year, month after month, day by day – “Vettriyin Vithaigal” shows the result of the efforts of “TTT”. I am really very proud to be a part of the success of this journey.

I am amazed at the quantum of work done, keeping quality at a high level. The expansion of TTT to Gujarat is another feather in your cap. I wish that like the tentacles of the Octopus, your activities will soon reach out to all states of India. Good luck in your endeavours. Best wishes.

Enjoyed reading this newsletter. Was pleasantly surprised that TTT is also entering MP, after successful implementation in Rajasthan and Haryana. Am glad that the Auroville school also integrated TTT in their curriculum and could draw parallels to Sri Aurobindo’s teaching. Particularly happy that the girl children were more confident after the session on gender equality and the boys were supporting this too. This is the need of the hour among many other life skills that TTT is sharing.

Congratulations on the good work by your team and best wishes in the new year to reach out to many more children and adults who will indeed benefit from these valuable sessions.

I am impressed by the structuring of the lessons, the songs they contain, stories and activities and the involvement of the students.

It is very heartening to see that the TTT program is continuing to gain momentum and I see it being owned by all key stakeholders, which I believe will be instrumental in sustaining this important work.

Very happy to read about TTT’s continued improvement and expansion. Nice to read about individual students such as Ayesha and Krishna and also the teacher’s point of view.

Life Skills training has been effective in promoting family relations of students, respect towards authority in terms of teachers and parents, solving problems of inferiority complex and behavioural problems, boosting self-confidence, promoting entrepreneurship and work culture and ultimately creating responsible citizens.

I have been observing Thalir Thiran Thittam closely since its early days; glad to know that it has spread to four more states in the last two years. Best wishes for this programme to spread across the whole of India.

Your continuous efforts to improve the education methods among the children are highly appreciable.

This signboard I noticed in a Teacher Training school at Chennai four decades ago. And I identified its relevance. I am sure that this small seed will grow in to a great banyan tree, which will be strengthened by its aerial roots for the social upliftment. I am sure your efforts will make India a world class nation when the young children are empowered with life skills through TTT. The articles in the newsletter clearly illustrate the objectives of Thalir Thiran Thittam. After Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and now Haryana, I’m convinced our “Thalir Thiran Thittam” will soon spread to all other states soon.
