TTT Launched  in the Union Territories of Diu and Daman in December ’19

Dr. (Ms.) A. Muthamma, I.A.S, Secretary – Education for Diu, Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, was very impressed with the unique method of TTT – life skills through role-plays, games, storytelling, experience sharing and songs. She immediately decided to launch it in Daman.

The TTT launch event was held on December 21, 2019, at Swami Vivekanand Auditorium, Daman. It was held in two batches with the participation of 150 teachers and 1,200 9th standard students from Daman. 

  • 1st batch  – 9.30 to 11.30 am
  • 2nd batch – 12 pm  to 1.30 pm

The event started with a speech by Mr M.D. Patel, Assistant Director – Secondary and Higher Secondary Board, and Ms Smita Thomas, Assistant State Project Director, followed by a presentation by Ms Krishna Patel, Aparajitha Foundations, about life skills, Aparajitha Foundations and TTT programme. She also explained the ‘TTT Aparajitha’ app to the teachers to view the schedule and give feedback in the app.

Mr Krunal Panchal, Aparajitha, conducted a live demo session with students for the benefit of the teachers and introduced six life skills from the six topics of TTT through various activities, role play, experience sharing and singing. Students participated enthusiastically in it and enjoyed the session.
