Mr Saravanan Sundaramoorthy

At his core, Sarav is passionate about generating a positive & far-reaching impact in several walks of life. While he has donned several hats in his professional life; across IT & Edtech sectors, redefining technology, learning and skill development; on the social front, Sarav is continuously incubating ground breaking programs to develop an empathetic society that is responsible towards environment, emotional skill development, arts, culture & much more.

In 2007, driven by a desire to Innovate with Impact, Sarav directed his focus to the Edtech sector with a vision to empower future generations with vital skills. After a successful stint with innovation in Math learning, he founded Edsix Brainlab – a Next generation platform for 21st century learning. By enhancing Thinking Skills & Life Skills, Edsix Brainlab seeks to impact & transform lakhs of Students worldwide.

Dr Bharath Krishna Sankar

Dr. Bharath is a postgraduate in Commerce, a national gold medalist (topper in both Inter and Final) in Chartered Accountancy and an Associate of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. His doctoral thesis is on “Determinants of entrepreneurship and its impact on MSME sector sustainability in Madurai district”.

Bharath is an exceptional coach and mentor, with a passion for developing and nourishing the entrepreneurial spirit in youngsters. Bharath’s areas of specialization include human resource development, financial management and facilitation of change management through organizational development interventions. He penned a column ‘Smilingly yours’ in The Hindu –Metroplus, which was a series of management insights for young entrepreneurs and established businessmen alike.

He was the recipient of TiE Chennai’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award for 2015. He is the Past Chairman of the Madurai Zone of CII and the Vice Chairman of the ‘Celebrate Madurai’ Committee. He is the Board Chair of the Michigan Academy for Development of Entrepreneurs, USA, and is on the Governing Board of Thiagarajar School of Management.

Mr.Nagaraj Krishnan

Nagaraj Krishnan is the Managing Director of Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited. He graduated in Mathematics from The American College, Madurai in 1993. He went on to pursue a Master’s in Social Work (specializing in Human Resources) from the Madurai Institute of Social Sciences. Then he completed his master’s in Business Administration (specializing in Human Resources and Marketing) from Thiagarajar School of Management.

Nagaraj has been instrumental in conceptualizing Aparajitha ’s business framework and leading it through. His expertise in labor & industrial laws along with a blend of logical process-oriented approach and people-focused leadership has positioned Aparajitha as the market leader in “Compliance Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services” in India. Nagaraj has been recognized as a thought leader in organizing corporate labor and industrial legal compliance as an organized industry in the country since the year 2000.

Mr Dinesh Ramachandran

Mr. R Dinesh, the fourth-generation TVS Family member, has worked his way up the organization ladder – as is the tradition in the family. A Commerce Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is the Managing Director of TVS Logistics Services Limited and Joint Managing Director of T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Private Limited. Apart from the above, he is also the Director for various joint ventures and subsidiaries of these companies.

He has been elected as the Chairman of CII Southern Region for the year 2018-2019. Mr. Dinesh is also the Chairman – the Logistics Sector Skill Council & CII Institute of Logistics Advisory Council (2018-19).

Mr. Dinesh has won many awards including, the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award for the ‘Services’ category by Ernst & Young in February 2017. He is also the recipient of TiECON’s ‘Next Gen Entrepreneur of the Year 2014’ award and ‘Emerging Entrepreneur’ award by CII in 2010.

Mr. Dinesh, often referred to as the ‘game changer’ within the fraternity, has started TVS Logistics (TVS LSL) in 2004. Since then under his able leadership, the company has grown multifold to become a billion-dollar company in 2017. TVS LSL is the first company to get private equity funding within the group. TVS Logistics has a presence across the globe making it a truly global company and serving customers in over 50 countries. TVS LSL employs around 19,000 strong workforce in India. Its UK arm also provides over 2500 jobs in the UK.

Currently, the companies under his management have a turnover of around USD 2 Billion and employ more than 25,000 people. Mr. Dinesh has been instrumental in expanding his companies’ operations globally and has set up subsidiaries in Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Thailand, Bangladesh, the United States of America, South Africa, Singapore, China and Australia.
