In line with our mission to extend our impact and empower individuals across various sectors, we are delighted to announce that the TTT Life Skills Program is expanding to a new sector at Aravind Eye Hospitals.
Aravind Eye Hospitals, a leading eye care institution in Tamil Nadu, has initiated a ground breaking TTT Life Skills Training Program for Mid Level Ophthalmic Personnel (MLOPs). This initiative reflects Aravind’s commitment to empowering its workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
This expansion marks a significant milestone in our journey towards fostering personal and professional growth within diverse settings. By introducing the TTT Life Skills Program to Aravind Eye Hospital’s new sector, we aim to equip even more individuals with the essential life skills needed to excel in their roles and beyond. The program will continue to uphold its core values of leadership, resilience, and personal development, tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of the sector.
The initiative targets to train approximately 3000 MLOPs annually. A full-day session was held on 11/4/24 at Aravind Hospital Madurai. The inaugural session witnessed the participation of over 70 Tutors, senior MLOPs, and administrative personnel from various Aravind Eye Hospitals
